ACT beyond OCD is an online class designed to provide you with all the ACT and ERP skills you need to tackle OCD episodes. Can I take the class instead of doing therapy?
ACT beyond OCD is first and foremost an educational research and skills-based online class designed to teach you ACT + ERP skills to live your life, make the best of it, and stop getting stuck with OCD episodes.
